Overview
OC Terminals is an MCP tool that manages long-running Windows terminal processes with named sessions and persistent output buffers. It starts processes through node-pty and Windows ConPTY, tracks PIDs, stores recent output in a ring buffer, and reconciles exited processes. Development sessions can therefore be monitored without repeatedly restarting them.
